1. The guilt that can control you, v15
2. The God that can forgive you, v16–19
3. The good that forgiveness guarantees, v20
4. The forgiving-ness that comes from this good, v21 God's complete forgiveness in Christ means that His complete rule over all things frees us to love Him and others
